Daniel G. Miller, Ph.D., President, CEO and Director has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Excorp Medical, Inc. since inception. Dr. Miller was President and Chief Operating Officer of Regenerex, Inc., a private company engaged in bioartificial liver research from January 1994 through August 1995. From May 1988 to July 1993 he was first Director and then Vice President for Research & Development at DIANON Systems, Inc., a public company providing laboratory services and information products to physicians in oncology and gynecology. Dr. Miller's responsibilities at DIANON included strategic planning, new product introduction, technology transfer, regulatory affairs and quality assurance. Revenues at DIANON grew from less than $10 million to more than $40 million during his association with that company which completed its initial public offering in 1991 and was subsequently acquired by LabCorp for approximately $600 million. He has also held various technical management positions at 3M Company including that of Laboratory Manager for Biotechnology from 1984 through April 1988. Presently, Dr. Miller is a Director of the Minnesota Private College Council, representing the leading liberal arts colleges in Minnesota. He was also a delegate with Governor Tim Pawlenty's Mission to China in November, 2005. He holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Pharmaceutical Biochemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Chemistry from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.

Eileen F. Bostwick, Ph.D., Vice President, Clinical, Regulatory and Quality Affairs is a senior regulatory and clinical affairs executive experienced in developing human biopharmaceutical products from preclinical research through early stage clinical trials, and through regulatory approval and licensure for veterinary therapeutic biologicals. Most recently Dr. Bostwick was Vice President, Research and Development and one of the founders of GalaGen, a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the development of biologically active proteins from cow's milk for human health applications. She managed preclinical and clinical research programs, and had quality assurance and regulatory affairs responsibilities. Previously, Dr. Bostwick was a Senior Immunologist at the 3M Company involved in medical device development and technical support for various internal health care groups. Dr. Bostwick earned her Ph.D. in Physiology, with minors in pharmacology and immunology, from the University of Minnesota in 1983.

Craig L. Van Kampen, Ph.D., Vice President, Research, Development and Manufacturing is a seasoned R&D executive with experience in implantable medical devices ranging from orthopedics to surgical products and the corresponding biomaterials. He has been a consultant to the company since August 2001. From 1993-1998, he was the R&D Director of the Center for Biomaterials Research at Medtronic, which is the world's leading medical device company. From 1977-1993, he was with 3M in their Health Care Divisions and Life Sciences Sector Laboratory. Dr. Van Kampen has extensive experience in all aspects of implant device research and development, including clinical evaluation, FDA approval, and new product introduction. Dr. Van Kampen received his Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering in 1977 and his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering in 1973,both from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Ila Scott Hauge, BS., Vice President, Administration and Assistant Corporate Secretary has extensive experience in business operations and education. After a seven year career in teaching and educational development she joined AT&T during a period of rapid growth. The following 18 years included leadership rolls in Key Client Accounts, Staff Development, National Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance, Operational Management, Project Management, Contract Negotiations, Corporate Communications and the integration of business units as the result of a massive business restructuring. Her leadership experiences include domestic and international roles, internal auditing, quality process education as well as championing strategic contract negotiations and integration activities resulting from mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Hauge is a graduate of St. Cloud State University.

In addition to Dr. Miller, the following are Directors of the Company.

Peter A. Fisher has been a director of the Company since January, 1996. He is the founder of Lenders Appraisal Services, Inc. and Minnesota Appraisal Services, Inc., Minnesota firms engaged in the appraisal of real estate for private and governmental lending agencies including the Federal Government. From 1981 until 1992 he was President of these companies. Previously, Mr. Fisher was employed in senior management positions by several large savings and loan associations, including Northern Federal Savings and Loan, and in commercial mortgage and real estate appraisal operations by Burlington Northern Railroad.

Gerald W. Simonson, Director, is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Omnetics Connector Corporation, a manufacturer of microminiature connectors, a position he has held since March, 1991. Mr. Simonson has been a Director of the Company since February, 1999. Currently Mr. Simonson is Director for Ikonics Corporation. He has previously served as Director of Medtronic, a world-wide leader in medical devices and as Director for Fairview Hospital and Healthcare Services. Mr. Simonson is a CPA by training.

Kenneth J. Roering, Director, is Professor of Marketing in the Carlson School of Management of the University of Minnesota. He occupied the prestigious Pillsbury Company-Paul S. Gerot Chair in Marketing from 1983-2002. He served as Chairman of the Marketing Department at the University of Minnesota for five years and prior to that at the University of Missouri. He has served as visiting professor or distinguished guest lecturer at numerous universities in the United States and Europe. Since June 2006, Prof. Roering has served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Management at Marshall Bank First Corporation.

He earned his doctorate from the University of Iowa and has published more than 70 articles in professional journals, written two books and edited three collections of scholarly writings. He has received several awards for his research accomplishments and has served on numerous editorial review boards of scholarly journals including, the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research and Journal of Marketing and Public Policy.

Dr. Roering has been a consultant to numerous corporations such as American Express, 3M, Cargill, Carlson Companies, TSI Inc, Pillsbury, Motorola, MTS, US Bank, and Whirlpool Corporation. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of eighteen private and public companies during the past 25 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Arctic Cat Inc. (Lead Director), Innovex Inc. and RaveSports Inc. He has been active in a number of non profit organizations including St. John’s University Board of Regents, Children’s Theatre Board of Directors, Big Sky Institute Board of Directors and Cretin Durham Hall Advisory Board.

He has received numerous awards and recognitions for his work, including University of Minnesota Outstanding Teacher Award, Carlson School Outstanding MBA teacher Award, Carlson School Outstanding Executive Teacher Award, Outstanding Dissertation Award, American Marketing Association Board of Directors, and the American Marketing Association Distinguished Doctoral Faculty Award. For the past six years he has been recognized as one of the Outstanding Corporate Directors in the State of Minnesota.

David M. Barash, M.D., Director is President, Concord Healthcare Strategies, providing expert strategic and operational support to healthcare investors and development stage healthcare companies for more than 10 years. Before founding Concord Healthcare Strategies, Dr. Barash had been involved in emergency department management for over 15 years, and has been practicing emergency medicine since 1984. Until 2004, Dr. Barash served as Executive Vice President and Medical Director for a medical device company in Concord, Massachusetts. Currently, Dr. Barash is the Managing Director for Adoneh, LLC, a medical technology partnership that is developing innovative technology for critical care and resuscitation medicine. He is also a founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Esotech Innovations, a start-up company creating a platform technology for esophageal-based critical care monitoring and therapy. He is the Senior Medical Director of Medical Capital Advisors, an investment banking firm in Boston, and an Advisory Consultant to Aethlon Capital, a private equity investment group based in Minneapolis. As well, he serves on the Advisory Board of Cayuga Venture Fund, a venture capital fund based in Ithaca, New York. Dr. Barash received his Bachelor of Arts and his Medical Degree with Honors from the Cornell University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum, the Massachusetts Medical Device Industry Council, the American Heart Association, and the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine. He has been a member of the American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Barash has made many media appearances, including a regular interview segment on the CBS television affiliate in Boston.
