Wu'xi Excorp Biotech Company, Ltd., our wholly-owned subsidiary and China administrative headquarters licensed in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province on April 27, 2008 was officially recognized and honored at the 2008 Trade and Investment Festival in Wuxi Binhu District on May 10, 2008. This is one of the most important events of the year and attended by over 200 guests. The official guests included Fang Wei, Vice Mayor, Office of Research for the City of Wuxi, Lu Zhi Jian, Chief Executive of the Binhu District and Shu Weiping, Secretary of Wu'xi Binhu Distract Committee of CPC.
